All Natural Recovery Drink!

This has become my new favorite drink to take post recovery. Tons of nutrients, all made with real, whole, plant based food. It provides plenty of fast carbs along with a small amount of protein to help muscles begin the repair process immediately… And it tastes AMAZING! Drink within 30 minutes of working out, and make sure you are totally wasted from your workout!

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Coconut water
1 banana
2 dates
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
1 tablespoon hemp seed(could use chia as well)
1/2 tablespoon maca
1/2 scoop sunwarrior protein powder
large handful of spinach
